Leader board 3.11.10

We tried a modified version of Fran today we'll call it Ole Fran. Fran is considered one of the hardest WOD's CrossFit has. As Rxed Fran is a couplet of
21-15-9 rep rounds of
Thruster - 95/65 lbs ( Men's/Womens)

Seth - didnt get an official time somewhere in the 7 minute range
James -9:30 *
James did the work out with full pull ups and an 85lb thruster. This was not James best performance but it was easily his best effort. He wanted to quit and almost did then went back at it and finished and thats what its about. Then he stayed a round for Fight Club, little mutant.
