Yoga

Yoga builds strength, develops flexibility, improves muscle tone, increases metabolic processing, builds core strength, improves balance, focuses concentration, and revitalizes the mind, body, and spirit.

Our mixed-level strength-based class is designed to challenge, stretch, revitalize and heal using the physical practices found in yoga. It helps you find your edge and play with it, taking you to new levels of self-awareness and self-understanding.

This curriculum blends a variety of yoga styles with elements of pilates, dance, movement arts, and exercise science; we'll work with concepts from ashtanga, vinyasa, anusara, and yoga therapy, using yoga breathing techniques, movements and poses, and a personal brand of tough love. Modifications are offered to increase or decrease the intensity of the practice based on your individual needs.
