About

FIT CLUB is a community of people dedicated to fitness programming that improves practical physical performance. If we find a method that works to build more functional strength, speed, stamina, power, accuracy, coordination, agility, flexibility, balance and endurance, we'll use it.

We don’t sell classes – we offer training programs. Classes might give you a work out, but programs give you meaningful, long-term results. We provide intense, life-changing fitness and fighting instruction, and that requires commitment. As part of our community, you'll train hard, have fun, and improve to the best of your capabilities.

We started this organization because we believe that strength is for everyone. Our members are as diverse as the people you see walking down the street, but they all have one thing in common: they work hard and achieve their goals.

Our training sessions are hard. We scale them so they fit your capacities, but anyway you cut it, this is hard work. The more frequently you do them, the faster you will recover and accomplish what you set out to do. We'd like to say workouts will get easier with time, and while at first they will, the truth is that as soon as it gets easier, we're gonna kick it up a notch. But it is worth it if you want to get in the best physical and mental shape of your life.

We practice:
  • CrossFit to increase work capacity over broad time and modal domains – in other words, to improve at the sport of life in all of its randomness. When any new physical challenge comes our way, we are prepared to embrace it and get the most out of it.
  • Fighting to face a very specific and serious physical challenge. Whether in the cage or in the street, we're ready and able to apply bodily force in a practical, efficient, and decisive manner.
  • Yoga - to aid recovery and improve flexibility and balance.
So this is a commitment. It's a commitment of your time, energy and will. It's a commitment to enhancing your life. It's a commitment to yourself and the people that matter to you. And it's a commitment from us to you. If you fall down, if you stumble or struggle or need a little support, we'll reach out to you and help get you back on track. There are forces within and without who are trying to keep from reaching your potential. So fight back. If you commit, we'll commit to help you.
