This past weekend Jeff, Dr. Jim and myself got to be part of one of the coolest sporting events I have ever experienced. The 2010 CrossFit Games Ohio Sectional showcased everyone from elite CrossFit athletes working to make it to Aromas ( National event this summer) to beginners with 2 months experience. The energy, community, venue and execution were awesome. We even got a 3,2,1 go! from Arnold. Check out the video below courtesy of the CrossFit main site. If you look you can see me a few times. The Central East Regional Games will also be held in Logan, Ohio on May 8th & 9th. If you would like to attend or volunteer you can register at the link below and let me know.

I am working with other local CrossFit Affiliates to organize a similar event sometime in April, more details will be coming soon, so get ready.
