Endurance WOD: Intervals

No less than 3 hours after a CF S&C WOD, choose ONE of the following:

Run, Bike, Swim (do you really want to row? If anyone wants to invent the CrossFit Pentathlon with me, please, pipe up. What? The fifth event, you ask? Broad jump burpees, obviously).

7x1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest (work for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute, 7 times)

Try to maintain an even pace such that the distance covered each minute is the same. Deviation by more than 10% in any round after the second results in a foul to be performed at the end of the workout. Meaning you get two rounds to learn your pace, and then it's own.

Foul: 30 burpees per deviation for time

Post distances per round and burpee times to comments.
