Hey all, sorry for the late notice, but classes Saturday (tomorrow 8/14) are canceled. If you need a WOD, run 5K, hard and fast and come tell us your time.
Unless of course you're competing Sunday in the FC Games, in which case you should be resting up. If you're not competing, come watch and cheer everyone on! First event is at 4 PM at Goodale Park.
