The Hulk 3 rounds
Teams of two work at each station for 90 seconds, one team member can work at a time. Total reps for both team members are recorded as a point. Only the highest round total is recorded.
:90 Bag Drag - 170lb/100lb x 50' - Each 50' counts as a point
:90 Ball Slam - 15lb/10lb - Each rep is a point
:90 Ring Row - Each rep is a point
:90 Tuck Jump - Each rep is a point
:90 Push Up - Each rep is a point
1 Minute Rest between rounds
Jim & Mick - 166 pts
Jane & Megan - 98 pts
James - 188 pts
Terry (:45/station) - 73 pts
