Complete 5 reps of each barbell exercises with out letting go of the bar. Clock starts when the bar leaves the ground and stops when it returns after the last rep.
Deadlift, Stiff Leg Deadlift, Barbell Row, Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Good Morning
Jeff - 75 lbs - 6:25 (4 rounds)
Sara - 30 lbs - 4:49
Mike - 65 lbs - 8:47
