What is Team Saturday?
It's like a team building activity or Survivor Immunity Challenge with fitness and friends. If your really fit this is the place to prove it, if not thats OK its also the place to improve it with quality instruction and hard work.
Everyone will go through a group warm up, split into teams and assigned fun and challenging work outs. Teams will be based on member preference and abilities. All movements will be scaled so that they are an appropriate challenge for all team members. You can do this!
Why should I come?
First, its F.U.N.N. (Functional Understanding Not Necessary). Second, working in teams will encourage you to work a little harder and get great results. We all push a little harder when someone next to us is working hard and you will push even harder when things turn competitive. Quite simply hard work gets results, the harder you work the quicker and better your results. Third, a group of people will not only push you hard but help hold you accountable. We all miss appointments with ourselves but rarely do we miss with other people. So find some friends, come make some new ones and come work out this Saturday from 9-10 AM. We have open gym afterwords from 10-12 so if you have anything left in the tank you can do some work on your own.
