Tip #3 for the New Year

I hope the holidays have been kind to your health and fitness pursuits. This time of year is full of a lot of distractions. It seems like there is an endless supply of good food that isn't so good for you, most gyms are starting to get overcrowded and personal time gets a little tighter. To keep your diet on track over the next week try consuming more water. Drink a glass first thing in the morning and keep it up all day. Drinking water is a healthy action and doing something healthy through out the day will keep you focused on your health and feeling full. When the gym is too crowded for your tastes try coming to the FC. You'll get a good work out, support and quality instruction. If time is getting away from you try the work out below. It's quick and only requires you and a timer.

Complete 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise. Perform as many reps during the work period as you can. rest 1 minute between exercises.
Squats
Push Ups
Burpees
Sit Ups
