CrossFit OnRamp & FOF Summer programs starting in June

We're doing it again. Classes start soon and there are still spots available for June so take some action, give us a call 614.388.8763 and reserve your spot. Details are below

CrossFit On-Ramp

If you’re new to training at the FC or CrossFit, this is the place to start.

A new group starts every month and meets three times per week for

four weeks. The emphasis in the On-Ramp Program is on skill development

and mastery of our basic movements to ensure safety and success as

you move on to the WOD. As skills and capacity build intensity will be

added. Completion of the On Ramp program, four one-on-one sessions,

or coach approval is required to enter WOD training sessions.

Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm & Saturdays 10-11 am

Summer On-Ramp programs begin June 1, July 6 and August 3

Fundamentals of Fighting

First rule of Fight Club: start here. This program is the place to hone

your skill, understanding, and focus in a detailed and patient learning

environment. A new group starts every month and meets three times

per week (Monday, Thursday, Sat) for 4 weeks. Completion of FOF or

clearance from an instructor is required before members may participate

in other Fight Club Training sessions. This is done for your safety and

to maintain the intensity and pace of the Fight Club Training sessions.

Members may continue FOF as long as they would like to perfect the

fundamentals.

Monday & Thursday 7:30-8:30 pm & Open Gym on Saturdays 10 am -12 pm

Summer FOF programs begin June 1, July 6 and August 3
